A member's door access is active as long as their subscription is active. When a payment fails and retries are exhausted, access is automatically revoked.
Members unlock the door from their mobile browser — no app to download, no key fob to lose. Works on iOS and Android. The door opens in under 2 seconds.
Unlock commands expire in 10 seconds and are validated server-side before the relay fires. The door defaults to locked if the device loses internet.
We ship a Raspberry Pi relay unit to your door, pre-configured with the Latch software. Mount it inside the frame, connect to Wi-Fi, done.
Compatible with most electric door strikes and electromagnetic locks. 12V DC operation — no electrician required for most installs.
Every door open is logged with the member name, timestamp, and session. A complete audit trail is always accessible from your dashboard.
