You keep your revenue.

Payments go straight from your members into your Stripe-connected bank account. We never hold your money. Payouts are on Stripe's schedule — usually 2 business days.

You set your membership price.

Charge whatever the market will bear — $30/month, $150/month, it's your gym. We'll show your live MRR on the dashboard.

No per-member fee from us.

Grow to 5 members or 500 — the door subscription stays the same. The percentage fee on payments covers Stripe processing, so there's nothing hidden.

What does $200/month actually buy?

At 30 members paying $100/month each, your gross membership revenue is $3,000/month. Latch costs you $200 — that's 6.7% of gross. At 50 members it's 4%. The math works.

What's included in the $200/month?+

The Raspberry Pi relay unit (shipped pre-configured), unlimited members per door, access control tied to payment status, a member management dashboard, live unlock history, and email support from the founders.

Is there a setup fee or hardware cost?+

No setup fee. The hardware (Raspberry Pi relay unit) is included in your subscription and shipped to you pre-configured. You pay nothing upfront.

What's the platform fee on member payments?+

We charge a small percentage on each member payment to cover Stripe processing costs and our platform fee. The exact percentage is disclosed during onboarding. There are no hidden charges.

How much should I charge members?+

That's entirely up to you. You set your own membership price. Whether you charge $30/month or $200/month, the $200 door fee stays the same. Your live MRR is always visible on the dashboard.

When do I get paid?+

Members pay via Stripe Checkout. After Stripe and Latch fees, the remainder lands in your connected NZ bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule — typically 2 business days.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Email us any time. We'll cancel your subscription, and there's no cancellation fee. You keep the hardware. No minimum term, no contract.

What if I have multiple doors?+

Each door is a separate device and a separate $200/month subscription. Members with access to your gym can unlock any door you've set up.

Is the first month really free?+

Yes. We don't charge your first month's fee while we get set up together — shipping the device, getting it installed, and making sure everything works.
