We ship a Raspberry Pi relay unit to your door, pre-configured with the Latch software. Mount it inside the door frame, connect it to your electric strike, and plug into power and Wi-Fi.
Log in to your Latch dashboard, name your gym, connect your Stripe account, and set your monthly membership price. This takes about 10 minutes.
Send your invite link to members by text, email, or Instagram. They click it, sign up, pay by card, and get instant door access — no app to download.
After setup
Once your gym is live, Latch handles the ongoing admin automatically.
Stripe charges members on their renewal date. Failed payments are retried automatically. Access is revoked only after retries are exhausted.
New members get access the moment they pay. Members who cancel or go overdue have access revoked automatically — no action required from you.
Members unlock from latchapp.co.nz whenever they visit. No fobs to replace, no pins to share, no app to update.
